Utah has many great state parks, just perfect for camping! This one, Escalante Petrified Forest State Park is located
just outside the town of Escalante.
It bring back memories of the time we were stranded there with a broken truck. Eight days it took to get the parts and get back on the road!
This time it had been raining. With the rain come flash floods. In this case, the flash flood was the ditch right outside out camper door.
