Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Great Britain. There are lots of firework displays here. My husband and I talk about going to them. What usually happens we discuss the pros and cons of many and end up staying home watching the neighbors' display!
