I met Janice Pope in Houston this year. She is the designer of my favorite purse pattern, Two Hour Tulip Purse.  She Loved my blinged out purses so much, she is having  a “BLING MY BAG CONTEST!” is all about adding interest to your Two-Hour Tulip Purse. Entries due March 31, 2015.
