A trip to a mission, now I want Mexican food! So we went to Casa Vega for dinner! I had Taquitos Rancheros, Crispy Corn Tortillas, Shredded Beef with Guacamole and Sour Cream.

Opened in 1956, by Rafael “Ray” Vega who was inspired to open the restaurant after the success of his parents’ 1930s downtown Los Angeles hot spot located on Olvera Street, Café Caliente.
