Eye Candy Quilts

I thought I would start the new year off right an sew a few Eye Candies! Eye Candy Quilts are mini-marvels of glitz that can be as small as 2-1/2 by 3 inches and still deliver a big message with pizzazz. Easy and fast to make, they invite creative innovation. Whether you make totally unique and personalized gifts, share or display them, Eye Candy Quilts make embellishment so much fun, it should be declared illegal!

Spring is in the Air

Wikipedia describes Spring as one of the four temperate seasons, the transition period between winter and summer. Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and broadly to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth. The specific definition of the exact timing of "spring" varies according to local climate, cultures and customs. At the spring equinox, days are close to 12 hours long with day length increasing as the season progresses.

Boy am I ready!
