Wahington DC - Getting around

We are here for a few days of fun. What a way to start, a visit to the American History Museum and right in the lobby was a quilt!

Technology differences

We traveled around on the bus a lot. For us non-bus riders always a challenge. My husband used the Metro trip planner on line before we left the hotel. I turned the my phone.
So there we are sitting on the bus trying to figure out the transfer, me with the phone and he with the map and his notes! Double the fun.
